Bergamot

Nature´s chill pill:

A citrus, with the most lovely fragrant, used in for example teas, oil, drinks. Not particularly good to eat, but the zest is a magical addition to different types of food.

Bergamot is know as calming, de-stressing and uplifting; - effective against anxiety, depression and restlessness. Antiseptic and skin-healing effect, is good for digestion, and has traditionally been used to reduce fever and infections.
